Rose and her team are fantastic! Rose is a fantastic coach! Not just because of her knowledge and experience, but because of her heart and how she cares for her people. I say people because we aren’t really clients. She goes the extra mile to ensure you are being equipped and coached. She has created a team and culture of positivity and support that is rare to find these days. I have not regretted or questioned my decision to join PLCU for one moment. My health, both current and future, is worth the investment.

This is a good solid coaching program This is a good solid coaching program. I was through menopause and the weight came out of nowhere. I felt that I needed something. I was accustomed to tracking macros and light workouts so I thought I was prepared to try wfpb to see if that would be a game changer. In the beginner in was a little confusing because the information was on several different media platforms but became easier as the main info was on the ABC trainerize and Skool apps. I recommend printing the modules for the Body Blueprint, especially the recipes. I had a difficult time finding some of the main ingredients so I was feeling like time was running out and I wasn't making progress. This was expensive for me and I truly wish it was all one program instead of 16 weeks, then an offer to continue for a year. I am near the end of my 16 weeks and haven't lost weight but I have myself to blame as I couldn't make myself love plant based eating as a lifestyle. I found I love edememe, chickpea pasta, some soy based foods but overall not sure I can fully make that switch. The coaches were great, but I'm still squishy. I have great take aways and will continue to try plant based but I'm down to last week's with no weight loss. I've learned I don't do well meal prepping as we are on the go so much but I will keep tweeking my macros and maybe one day see fat loss.

LIFE CHANGING I’ve been vegan for years- for ethical reasons, not for my health. And my health was on a downward spiral. I joined -honestly- PCLU to get some good healthy low cal recipes. What I got was so much more! I am healthier and more energetic than I have been I. Years. I am learning how to be a healthy vegan by watching macros in addition to calories. Along with all of this I learned about how to eat better for my post menopause self and I also got a whole GROUP of coaches to help me when I need it. Yes, I have lost weight and will probably keep losing. Yep, I am developing healthy exercise habits. But I am actually happier. (Pssst: I think it’s the protein😁)

You CAN reshape your body; Get the support you need! First, about myself and ratings, 5 stars would be perfection so 4 stars is very high praise in my book. This is a program for completely changing the way you live—becoming a healthier you and also becoming a fab looking you! I have been about 90% WFPB for 4 years and vegan for nearly 5 years. I lost abt 15lbs going vegan and eating junk food then I lost another 5-10 going WFPB. I exercise regularly and go hard. However, I had belly fat that would not budge. This program is not easy but it supported me to drop inches and that is golden. I hoped to add muscle at the same time and also not lose athletic performance, but those goals weren’t quite met. Still, I needed exactly this help to figure out where I needed to make changes and how to manage all the moving parts to not just drop lbs, but to reshape my body. I leave the program with invaluable experience and knowledge and determination to hit my post-PLU goals!

Thank you, Rose! Rose and her team are great! I learned so much over the course of the year working with them - from mental shifts to how I show up, how to hold myself accountable for my workouts and of course nutrition. Macros are truly the missing piece to understanding how to reach my goals and as a vegan, having an experienced coach who was also vegan was extremely important to me. The patience, kindness and commitment that Rose had towards my journey was what made it all click for me. Could I do this on my own? Maybe but it would take so much longer. If you’re thinking about hiring a coach and are vegan with body comp and fat loss goals, Rose and her team are it!
