My latest problem was a P0 error, and your warehouse people helped me sort it easily and got my replacement part to me under warranty. I could not be happier. The delivery was quick and on time The delivery was quick and on time. All the parts needed were included. My installer made quick work of installing the unit because it was that straightforward. It is so quiet, I forget that it is on. Now I am just waiting for a really hot South Texas day to see how well it performs.

Love the unit Love the unit! Ive installed a lot of mini splits by far this was the easiest. The littie kick stand to hold the unit off the wall to make my connections was a game changer.Only disappointment was lineset insulation rip very easily. Will be purchasing some more units for my rentals
