Second Senville unit I ordered 24k btu Aura unit. Delivery was fast and un damaged fed ex driver put the delivery in my garage. I have the unit installed but not yet commissioned. This is my second Senville unit. Totally happy with the first unit. I am a retired Commercial HVAC tech so I do my own installs.

The only strange thing about the delivery was the fact that two identical shipments showed up on the truck.somebody in your shipping dept mistakenly wrapped and shipped two orders rather than one.

Love the unit Love the unit! Ive installed a lot of mini splits by far this was the easiest. The littie kick stand to hold the unit off the wall to make my connections was a game changer.Only disappointment was lineset insulation rip very easily. Will be purchasing some more units for my rentals

Senville has amazing customer service Senville has amazing customer service! They were able to identify the error code the indoor unit had and send out a part to fix it within less than a full week. I would recommend family and friends to purchase a Senville Mini split over other competitors, mainly due to how easily it is to get parts and repair their units.

This unit was no good from the… This unit was no good from the beginning the outside unit was replaced eventually took forever but the inside unit is no good. Also, they refused to send me one customer service terrible product. I need help. It’s hot.
