Love the unit Love the unit! Ive installed a lot of mini splits by far this was the easiest. The littie kick stand to hold the unit off the wall to make my connections was a game changer.Only disappointment was lineset insulation rip very easily. Will be purchasing some more units for my rentals

I absolutely love my 3 Senville mini… I absolutely love my 3 Senville mini splits. One of them had a small problem when installing and you all sent me a replacement part with no hassle. My latest problem was a P0 error, and your warehouse people helped me sort it easily and got my replacement part to me under warranty. I could not be happier. The delivery was quick and on time The delivery was quick and on time. All the parts needed were included. My installer made quick work of installing the unit because it was that straightforward. It is so quiet, I forget that it is on. Now I am just waiting for a really hot South Texas day to see how well it performs.

Senville has amazing customer service Senville has amazing customer service! They were able to identify the error code the indoor unit had and send out a part to fix it within less than a full week. I would recommend family and friends to purchase a Senville Mini split over other competitors, mainly due to how easily it is to get parts and repair their units.
