GBI had a problem with my unit it was running too cold I had a problem with my unit it was running much colder than what it was set for. I called Senville and the technician walked me through a test operation. He then figured out what was wrong and sent me the replacement parts right away. All in all very good service

GBSenville has amazing customer service Senville has amazing customer service! They were able to identify the error code the indoor unit had and send out a part to fix it within less than a full week. I would recommend family and friends to purchase a Senville Mini split over other competitors, mainly due to how easily it is to get parts and repair their units.

GBAfter going through two representatives… After going through two representatives who were not that interested in the questions I had I did find Mathew at ex 1161. He was fabulous. The biggest issue I had was delivery. The FedX driver had no knowledge of the weight of the compressor and had no dolly or other device to help me get it where it needed to go. We picked it up and battled it to the downstairs deck. Not good. Some delivery method needs to be figured out to where this is not an issue.

GBWell shipment came fast and at great… Well shipment came fast and at great price problem was it came damaged and with having a contract with a customer it's hard to explain that it's gonna be another two weeks to start .. they did give me 150.00 for inconvenience but that does even come close to being put back two weeks.. overall they took care of everything the best they could and for that I'm very appreciate for dealing with them.. definitely recommend this company
