Well shipment came fast and at great… Well shipment came fast and at great price problem was it came damaged and with having a contract with a customer it's hard to explain that it's gonna be another two weeks to start .. they did give me 150.00 for inconvenience but that does even come close to being put back two weeks.. overall they took care of everything the best they could and for that I'm very appreciate for dealing with them.. definitely recommend this company

The order was delivered on time and in… The order was delivered on time and in perfect shape because of the way it was wrapped and prepared. The only strange thing about the delivery was the fact that two identical shipments showed up on the truck.somebody in your shipping dept mistakenly wrapped and shipped two orders rather than one.

Second Senville unit I ordered 24k btu Aura unit. Delivery was fast and un damaged fed ex driver put the delivery in my garage. I have the unit installed but not yet commissioned. This is my second Senville unit. Totally happy with the first unit. I am a retired Commercial HVAC tech so I do my own installs.

Not a difficult install. HVAC installers are way to expensive! Ordering was straight forward and arrived in great condition. It’s only been a couple day, however start up temperatures were in the 34f-39f degrees and heating up to 95f degrees. For my big building the turbo mode was essential! We’ll see how it cools when it’s 100f degrees outside.
