GBLove the RiseGarden and the app! I love my RiseGarden and their app was one of the reasons for my purchase, not to mention the sleek design of the Triple Family Garden. Having the app takes care of everything from when to clean the system and / or add nutrients. As well, there helpful videos should you not understand something are an added bonus and the customer support is outstanding!

GBHappy but not so happy. Receiving my order was a bit of a nightmare. I had about 5 things missing. And they would send me the replacements but sometimes forgetting twice some items. So it took forever to get the garden assembled and finally working. Customer service did send me what ever I needed. I was extremely confused on how to grow the seeds, work the garden and clean it. I think those instructions could be WAY better and more user friendly.

GBYour website is very difficult to use! Your website is very difficult to use and navigate. I was unable to edit my order on a phone or iPad. When I finally tried with my laptop, it was sheer luck that I was able to figure it out on the third try. There is nothing more frustrating than clicking on the “EDIT”button, and nothing happens. Furthermore, for this and other reasons, I am considering cancelling my membership, but there seems to be no way to do so.

GBWe bought this first to provide light… We bought this first to provide light in our combined living room/dining room which has no over head lights with added benefit of some plants. It is better than we anticipated. The timer turns it on before we come downstairs to a light filled space with greenery. This has become the answer to garden withdraw I am experiencing in the Colorado cold. No depression that my garden is gone. I get to play with plants and grow food all year long.

GBCustomer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. I've tried multiple times to ask a question about the pH reader you have in your videos and never even gotten through for an answer. I've tried using your QR code on the bottles of supplement and they don't work, at all, neither bottle. You have a good product, do a good job of selling it, and a really poor job of giving information to your customers.
