Hope it really works and is Easy to use The positive: I am looking forward to getting my grow garden as I’ve been wanting to try this type of item. The Negative: I think that company could do a much better job at describing the whole process from receiving the package to planting and growing. Still too many unknowns for me to feel comfortable that I just spent $300 well.

Defective My wife purchased the Personal Garden for me for Christmas. The serial number you are supposed to scan to connect your garden to the app says "invalid" when I attempt to do so. I contacted Rise and they said "yes we know this is an issue for some gardens. Just use it without the app because there isn't much difference." The main reason for purchasing is the interface with the app. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from Rise.

Easy ordering from phone The app on my phone to order was easy to use. A wide variety of products available. I purchased seedlings of salad, tomato and pepper. Check out was easy process and first class delivery would happen in 2 -3 days. The whole process completed in 7 minutes- loved the online shopping experience- added bonus 15% Black Friday sale!

I really like the live chat with an… I really like the live chat with an expert. And when he told me I needed a new pump etc. he went ahead and filled out the order instead of me trying to figure it out.

Great company = happy customers! Ordering product is straightforward and easy on the website. Customer service is always quick to respond and helpful. The garden works phenomenally well and has already given me plenty of fresh herbs, fruits, and lettuce. I suppose my only criticism would be that product from the same order often ships seperately and arrives seperately, but I do understand why that's sometimes necessary. There are also fairly frequent out of stocks on the website. But in general, I am very happy being a Rise customer. My garden brings me a lot of joy.
