GBRise Gardens support made me feel so confident in my purchase! I had so many questions before I finally decided to order my Rise Garden and Kayelyn was so kind to answer each of them quickly and in-depth. It made me feel incredibly confident that even if there are hiccups in my hydroponic journey, their support team will be there to help me along the way. I can't wait to set it up and start growing! I'll try to post updates on YouTube and social to help anyone else who is choosing between different systems and starting indoor gardening for the first time.

GBYour website is very difficult to use! Your website is very difficult to use and navigate. I was unable to edit my order on a phone or iPad. When I finally tried with my laptop, it was sheer luck that I was able to figure it out on the third try. There is nothing more frustrating than clicking on the “EDIT”button, and nothing happens. Furthermore, for this and other reasons, I am considering cancelling my membership, but there seems to be no way to do so.

GBFabulous start Fabulous start! Quick delivery, easy set up with great instructions, well organized packaging, and now eagerly awaiting seedlings to emerge out of the little pods in the nursery. Couldn't be happier with this family garden so far!

GBHope it really works and is Easy to use The positive: I am looking forward to getting my grow garden as I’ve been wanting to try this type of item. The Negative: I think that company could do a much better job at describing the whole process from receiving the package to planting and growing. Still too many unknowns for me to feel comfortable that I just spent $300 well.
