I sincerely appreciate his help, knowledge, and patient with me as the Nova 35 I was running had a corrupted file that I had no way of knowing or figuring it out. Brian worked through the system, found the file, was able to delete it and got me up and running again. I really appreciate having him as a resource!

GBGreat team!!! Grant and the whole Thunder team were great at the ISA Expo in Orlando. They answered all of our questions and more. Grant took the time to not only walk me through the machine, but also my husband when I brought him to the Expo to see the laser. The team was friendly and very attentive to everyone I saw walk into the booth. They talked with everyone I saw and I can say not every vendor did that.

GBGreat sales rep and easy process. Im what you call an indecisive person. Going back and forth on products and determining what would be best for me at the moment. My sales rep Rhonda was super patient and made sure to answer any and all my questions. She guided me through the process and made sure to check up on me. Quick response, friendly support, and easy process. Never felt pressured.

GBChanging manufacturers to Thunder Laser! I'm so grateful for Eric as he listened to me rant about my current laser manufacturer and all the issues I have had with their machine. He offered me two solutions and took the time to explain how Thunder's lasers and technical support would be a vastly different experience for me.
