GBGreat team!!! Grant and the whole Thunder team were great at the ISA Expo in Orlando. They answered all of our questions and more. Grant took the time to not only walk me through the machine, but also my husband when I brought him to the Expo to see the laser. The team was friendly and very attentive to everyone I saw walk into the booth. They talked with everyone I saw and I can say not every vendor did that.

GBQuick Support Response I had an issue with my Bolt and created a support ticket late in the day. They were able to respond the same day and replaced a faulty part at no cost.

GBExceptional Customer Care Huge shout out to Brian and Chris for their incredible help on Saturday - a day when Tech Support isn’t even officially open. I hit my autofocus probe on the honeycomb tray while trying to engrave an oversized round. Sent a note after trying to fix it for a while and Brian responded in 10 minutes - asking for pictures. He then told me he could help and to stay tuned for a video he was going to upload for me to watch to get the laser head reattached to the gantry. Video was super helpful - fixed that but then the machine was grinding at the origin and seemed to be an end limit switch issue. Chris then chimed in and told me it was very likely the little black L shaped piece and to readjust - another video helped me unscrew and adjust it. First major problem I’ve had with this machine of my own doing and so grateful for the amazing help I received. Don't hesitate to buy this machine and work with this company.

GBChanging manufacturers to Thunder Laser! I'm so grateful for Eric as he listened to me rant about my current laser manufacturer and all the issues I have had with their machine. He offered me two solutions and took the time to explain how Thunder's lasers and technical support would be a vastly different experience for me.
