Thunder Bolt - Wow! Outstanding! I feel the need to write this because it's often the case we’re compelled to take the time to document issues and displeasure products and companies but take a more measured approach when encountering something truly exceptional and unique. If you’re on the fence about buying the Thunder Bolt, don’t be. You will not be disappointed. My personal time with the Bolt and in dealing with Thunder Laser has been exceptional. In fact, I cannot think of a single thing I would change. What I expected was a really good product. What I got was a truly exceptional end-to-end experience that far exceeded my expectations. Bravo, I applaud you Thunder laser!

Great team!!! Grant and the whole Thunder team were great at the ISA Expo in Orlando. They answered all of our questions and more. Grant took the time to not only walk me through the machine, but also my husband when I brought him to the Expo to see the laser. The team was friendly and very attentive to everyone I saw walk into the booth. They talked with everyone I saw and I can say not every vendor did that.
