GBWRONG WRONG! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (if that's what its called). I believe most of these reviews are FAKE! Try and call them BEFORE you buy, they are NON EXISTANT! No one will answer by phone or email. Save yourself the frustration call them FIRST that go somewhere else becuase you will NOT reach a single person for help. We had our AC company FINALLY get ahold of someone after hours and days of calling for a warranty issue, never got re-imbursement as they were supposed to and promised on the phone. BUMMER I had to write this to warn others and I placed a complaint about bad business practices with the BBB. Don't get ripped off with non-existent customer service when needed!

GBcustomer support inexperienced customer support inexperienced. Your return policy needs to re evaluated. Customer service states no return or refunds if product is install . My question to customer, it you do not install how do you know if product has a defect? I would not recommend this company to any of my friends. I received item, had it install by a professional, ductless mini air condition worked for about 10 minutes total within two weeks of item being in my possession.

GBShopped around for months trying to find best deals on mini splits Shopped around for months trying to find the best deals on mini splits, I needed 4 of them but also wanted the best reviews, also comfortup.com offered the higher SEER and EER ratings and warranties of all the companies I checked. Their sales department is awesome and they offer free tec engineer that will speek to u at no cost if u have an issue with anything.

GBGreat company to do business with! ComfortUp was awesome to deal with. I saved over $700 on 2 Gree Mini Splits compared to my local supplier. Getting a quote was fast and easy. The only problem I had was with Southeastern Freight in Asheville. I had to initiate contact, it took several days for delivery after my units arrived in Asheville, and the 5-hour delivery window was not adhered to.
