I bought a Gree Split Air from this… I bought a Gree Split Air from this company. Had it installed by a certified A/C technician. This unit is still under warranty. I tried to contact this company by phone and by e-mail numerous times, no one will call me back. My air has been out over two weeks now. Be careful when buying from this company. They are happy to sell you the unit but will not be there when there is a warranty problem. Update:7/6/18 I finally received a call from Comfort up and they have assured me that they have contacted Gree and in turn Gree has contacted the technician that installed the air conditioner and the part needed will be shipped to him for installation.

I worked with Carey over the phone to select and place an order for a Gree multi split system on May 23. Today is May 26 and I am writing this review having just picked up my system from a 'ship to the border' warehouse in Blaine, WA. I am blown away by the efficiency of service from ComfortUp! The order drop-shipped out of Fresno on the same day and is now sitting in my garage ready for installation. Excellent job ComfortUp!

Their sales department is awesome and they offer free tec engineer that will speek to u at no cost if u have an issue with anything.

"Extremely Pleased" We purchased a Boreal 18,000 BTU unit from ComfortUp to cool our 500 sqft. bonus room in the attic. So far we are extremely happy! I ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered to my house the following Friday. Our HVAC contractor said it was one of the easiest systems he has ever installed. The unit works great!!! I would purchase another system from ComfortUp if we ever have another need.

I provided photos. ComfortUp immediately sent three more units without hesitation. All units are installed and work great. I would recommend ComfortUp!
