customer support inexperienced customer support inexperienced. Your return policy needs to re evaluated. Customer service states no return or refunds if product is install . My question to customer, it you do not install how do you know if product has a defect? I would not recommend this company to any of my friends. I received item, had it install by a professional, ductless mini air condition worked for about 10 minutes total within two weeks of item being in my possession.

Warranty When I pulled up the warranty registration to register the two units, in the fine print it states , THEY DO NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OVER THE INTERNET . I called the company an the never called me back. Bottom line no warranty. Even thou the advertising on eBay states the warranty information.

Thank God for Product Experts! Wasn't sure about what I needed, but scheduled a consultation with a product expert and got all my questions answered. After providing some measurements and specs about my home, David was able to pair me with the perfect system that is eligible for the tax credit and a rebate in my area - he even helped me find an installer. This is really ABOVE AND BEYOND the kind of Customer Service you find anywhere these days. I really appreciate the time they spent with me and would gladly recommend Comfortup.

took me 3 weeks to took me 3 weeks to, with system down, to recieve 25.00 part. No return phone call until I contacted Gree, they in turn contacted you to call me back. Many messages left by me and my certified, lic repairman. ComfortUp needs a consumer line to call and order parts.

I haven’t slept in over a month and my… I haven’t slept in over a month and my project is more of a nightmare over dealing with this company. Try and call them before you buy something from them because they never pick up or respond to emails and good luck getting your money back if something does go wrong. It’s a joke at this point and I have little hope of getting my money back without hiring a lawyer which I plan to do at this point.
