GBI haven’t slept in over a month and my… I haven’t slept in over a month and my project is more of a nightmare over dealing with this company. Try and call them before you buy something from them because they never pick up or respond to emails and good luck getting your money back if something does go wrong. It’s a joke at this point and I have little hope of getting my money back without hiring a lawyer which I plan to do at this point.

GBtook me 3 weeks to took me 3 weeks to, with system down, to recieve 25.00 part. No return phone call until I contacted Gree, they in turn contacted you to call me back. Many messages left by me and my certified, lic repairman. ComfortUp needs a consumer line to call and order parts.

GBProduct size was not properly depicted Product size was not properly depicted, the gree mini splits we purchased also won’t stay in Fahrenheit it resets to Celsius whenever the remote is used. The thermostat and remote are not user friendly at all. Units are not great at heating and very costly power bill. They do not Automatic shut off when temp is reached.

GBTakes weeks to get equipment Takes weeks to get equipment after you’ve paid. Shipping company is arrogant and disrespectful if you can’t make their suggested time then they reschedule you for a week later at their convenience. We purchased four AC units within 4 weeks three units had already failed. They have great marketing and a slick website though. They can take money fast!

GBI bought a Gree Split Air from this… I bought a Gree Split Air from this company. Had it installed by a certified A/C technician. This unit is still under warranty. I tried to contact this company by phone and by e-mail numerous times, no one will call me back. My air has been out over two weeks now. Be careful when buying from this company. They are happy to sell you the unit but will not be there when there is a warranty problem. Update:7/6/18 I finally received a call from Comfort up and they have assured me that they have contacted Gree and in turn Gree has contacted the technician that installed the air conditioner and the part needed will be shipped to him for installation.
