GBProduct size was not properly depicted Product size was not properly depicted, the gree mini splits we purchased also won’t stay in Fahrenheit it resets to Celsius whenever the remote is used. The thermostat and remote are not user friendly at all. Units are not great at heating and very costly power bill. They do not Automatic shut off when temp is reached.

GB"Extremely Pleased" We purchased a Boreal 18,000 BTU unit from ComfortUp to cool our 500 sqft. bonus room in the attic. So far we are extremely happy! I ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered to my house the following Friday. Our HVAC contractor said it was one of the easiest systems he has ever installed. The unit works great!!! I would purchase another system from ComfortUp if we ever have another need.

GBI bought a Gree Split Air from this… I bought a Gree Split Air from this company. Had it installed by a certified A/C technician. This unit is still under warranty. I tried to contact this company by phone and by e-mail numerous times, no one will call me back. My air has been out over two weeks now. Be careful when buying from this company. They are happy to sell you the unit but will not be there when there is a warranty problem. Update:7/6/18 I finally received a call from Comfort up and they have assured me that they have contacted Gree and in turn Gree has contacted the technician that installed the air conditioner and the part needed will be shipped to him for installation.
