Product is top of the line Product is very well made. Everything fit together nicely. Easy to install except a few directions could have been a little more detailed. Would buy another one if I needed it.

Awesome value Awesome value, awesome quality! This pergola is commercial grade and looks beautiful. Completely waterproof with the louvers down and easy to assemble. I live in western NY where we have frequent windstorms with gusts over 70 MPH. No match for this pergola.

problems Installation instructions were weak at best! We spent 2 hours fixing installation re-do's. No coverings for post ties down bolts. Not complete! I researched and got covering which should have been included.

will update once the product is delivered 4/22 finally I got a call from a live person and gotten an update on the order. They use different phone numbers with different area codes than what is on their site. Originally I was told 8-10 weeks it is up to 10-12 weeks . which not a huge deal for me Total scam took money 5 weeks ago they can not find order. Phone number they gave to call cannot take calls . luckily this was on credit card. got an update on 4/11 will edit again if resolved

Terrible Customer Service I ordered a 13'x13' Aluminum Pergola over 14 weeks ago. I tried emailing, calling and left voicemails for over 12 weeks but only finally received a response after leaving this review. When purchasing this pergola I was told the delivery time was between 8-12 weeks. So I lined up people to help me assemble/install it in early April when I expected to receive it. Given the order has still not arrived I no longer have the help I lined up and will most likely have to assemble by myself or wait a month for my help to free up again. I have lost confidence in this company before I have even received my order.
