We had initially purchased a pergola from them, but unfortunately had to cancel the order due to a fire at our home. Without hesitation, Hanso Home showed immense understanding and compassion towards our situation by refunding the full amount of the purchase, waiving any restocking fees that could have been applied. It's rare to encounter a company that stands so firmly beside its customers during their times of need. Their support has been a silver lining during these difficult times. I cannot recommend Hanso Home enough for not only their high-quality products but also their exceptional customer care and empathy. Five stars all the way!

Hanso did a great job is answering all… Hanso did a great job is answering all our questions and walked us through the build process. I ordered the largest pergola with all the bells and whistles. They even threw in a complimentary item! There customer service is top notch and I’d recommend them to anybody in the market for a pergola.

Expensive for sure worth it for sure. I purchased a 19x13 Pergola just before last Christmas. It arrived very quickly for an item so large and was very well boxed and protected. It was not the easiest to assemble but everything was very precisely manufactured and went together extremely well. The fit and finish is the best I’ve seen for self assembly product. made of Aluminum and the powder coated finish is beautiful A bonus is it having been made in the USA. One of the boxes of louvres were for a different Pergola and Hansø immediately arranged to ship the correct box and when it arrived a couple of days later they had also arranged for the shipper to take the wrong box away at same time. Customer service was excellent.The pergola is a pride and joy sitting over the end of our pool and we are looking forward to its shade during the coming Texas summer and for many years to come.

will update once the product is delivered 4/22 finally I got a call from a live person and gotten an update on the order. They use different phone numbers with different area codes than what is on their site. Originally I was told 8-10 weeks it is up to 10-12 weeks . which not a huge deal for me Total scam took money 5 weeks ago they can not find order. Phone number they gave to call cannot take calls . luckily this was on credit card. got an update on 4/11 will edit again if resolved
