GBI needed my part ASAP I needed my part ASAP. I ordered online on Saturday, and it arrived on Tuesday. The only hiccup was that I never got an e-mail confirmation that it had shipped, and I had to request a status through the web site in Tuesday, thinking it had not shipped yet. By then, it was out for delivery, but because of my emergency I had ordered it again direct from the manufacturer with guaranteed next day delivery. Very fast, efficient service. Just could have used the information that it had shipped. I would definitely buy again!

GBYou light up the night Replacement lights for our travel van. European style led lights for the porch. All pieces came as promised. It is not difficult to replace but pay attention to how the eyebrow snaps in place. Double check to see it is secure. The plastic does eventually fatigue and fail. Therefore the replacement.

CRBest customer service I ordered the wrong motor just before I left the desert for Christmas holidays and an extended vacation, not returning until early February. Carefree arranged to send me a new return label and sent me the proper motor for my over the door awning. Great service.

GBTaylor was very helpful Taylor was very helpful. He helped identify my particular awning and even provided me with an owners manual. He is currently attempting to identify my idler housing plastic covers. Parts have been received timely and appear to be correct (just received and haven’t attempted to install).
