GBWhile parts were not in stock when ordered they were available and shipped a week earlier - supply chain must be efficient! Parts were not in stock when purchase was made online however the parts were available within 10 days after order placed and were shipped. Supply chain must be efficient with thus company.@

GBTaylor was very helpful Taylor was very helpful. He helped identify my particular awning and even provided me with an owners manual. He is currently attempting to identify my idler housing plastic covers. Parts have been received timely and appear to be correct (just received and haven’t attempted to install).
