Best customer service I ordered the wrong motor just before I left the desert for Christmas holidays and an extended vacation, not returning until early February. Carefree arranged to send me a new return label and sent me the proper motor for my over the door awning. Great service.

The Plunger Kit arrived quicker than expected The Plunger Kit arrived quicker than expected. Included were all the parts and hardware required to install the anti-billowing kit from scratch. Even the striker plate was in the package. Only problem... All the parts and bolts were inside a zip-loc plastic bag which came open during shipping. Every part, bolt, screw and seal was loose inside the box, some trapped under the bottom box flaps. Carefree even sent a .pdf (email) with instructions for kit installation and rigging. It is a real pleasure working with these folks!
