Outstanding service Outstanding service. Our RV awning caught 50 MPH winds from a freak storm. It was ripped to shreds. Unfortunately I could not move the RV until we repaired the damage. You guys came thru with flying colors, realizing the urgency and rushing my parts. Happy to say my awning is once again active thanks in big part to you guys. Special shout out to Taylor Hennessy. The Plunger Kit arrived quicker than expected The Plunger Kit arrived quicker than expected. Included were all the parts and hardware required to install the anti-billowing kit from scratch. Even the striker plate was in the package. Only problem... All the parts and bolts were inside a zip-loc plastic bag which came open during shipping. Every part, bolt, screw and seal was loose inside the box, some trapped under the bottom box flaps. Carefree even sent a .pdf (email) with instructions for kit installation and rigging. It is a real pleasure working with these folks!
