I wasn't sure about the type of awning… I wasn't sure about the type of awning I had. After finding the sticker, the rep was able to pinpoint what I needed and very professionally and went through the parts. He called me the next day to confirm everything. It was a great transaction.

Outstanding service Outstanding service. Our RV awning caught 50 MPH winds from a freak storm. It was ripped to shreds. Unfortunately I could not move the RV until we repaired the damage. Best customer service I ordered the wrong motor just before I left the desert for Christmas holidays and an extended vacation, not returning until early February. Carefree arranged to send me a new return label and sent me the proper motor for my over the door awning. Great service.

Easy to order Easy to order, and received my part in a short time and sooner than I expected. The only problem was the part had some damage, I was still able to install it. Also had to down load instructions to be able to install it.
