GBWild West Pools will now be my first stop for future pool needs. My Hayward skimmer basket uses an elastic-secured filter sock with reinforced side holes to accommodate a metal rod for locking and unlocking the basket in place, and lifting it out for cleaning. When I needed a new one, the pool supply places I checked out did not have one in stock. A web search brought me to Wild West Pool Supplies. A couple of clicks and my filter socks (I bought an extra one) were on the way. They kept me apprised of my order all the way through delivery. Fast and easy.

GBGreat communications Great communications! Delivered and received as promised, in the nick of time. Will definitely be using Wild West again. One suggestion, provide a good working number for contact. Sometimes parts are hard to find and we don't all know the "techinical" terms to all the parts.

GBReceived the part but it was...... Ordered a part but was later told that the part advertised had been discontinued. I was offered an alternative replacement that appears similar to what I needed. It was suggested that I consult a local professional tech before deciding to make sure that the part would work for me. Thankfully the part worked.

GBGecko 8 button I had an old private label mspa, and they put me on a new gecko replacement controller; based off my motherboard setup. The controls matched, worked, and look quite a bit better than the old waterlogged control panel. I have a hot tub again! kudos and thanks to the Wild West support.

GBKnow What You’re Getting Into Know What You’re Getting Into Like many of the reviews on this site, ordered an OEM filter for my spa and then was contacted that unfortunately the part was out of stock but they have an alternative just like it. I agreed and got the “Made in China” replacement. It is what it is, but since just a filter, figure it will work fine for a while. A well orchestrated bait and switch game…
