GBI'd like to say a huge thankyou ! I'd like to say a huge thankyou to this company for sending my seeds out so quickly ! Ordered Wednesday, Dispatched few hrs later and theyve arrived today (Saturday) . Excellent service , considering many ppl are using the pandemic as an excuse for poor customer service! Whilst other big named seed companies take atleast 3 weeks before your order is dispatched never mind delivered !

GBNot great I have ordered seeds twice from OGC for this years veg patch. The delivery times and packaging were fine. However a large proportion of the seed packets I recieved are not orgainic but Dobies own brand in a paper packet. So beign called the OGC is a misnomer. Quite a lot of the seeds have failed to germinate or have poor stunted growth. The runner beans are a mixture of different varieties and the quality of the plants this year are poor.

GBThis company does not even earn 1star This company does not even earn 1star. They are appalling! Have waited 2 months for a delivery and have complained, like everyone else, several times asking for a refund. They will not give you a refund and fob you off with a renewed, expected delivery date each time. The latest response from them states that the expected delivery date will be in another 2months time. They should NOT BE TRADING. Surely someone can close them down!

GBDo NOT Use - Appalling Appalling - that a company known for it's terrible service should then try to disguise itself via another website and name. I ordered, no confirmation of purchase for 3 days, then sent 1 item with a load others to 'follow' and this is just for seeds!! I've requested a full refund and made a dispute with my bank for full refund.

GBI feel sorry for those poor plants. I order 9 vegetables plants on the 9th of November and I received them only today, Friday the 24th. The plants have arrived in terrible condition, packaging must have been put upside down. Out if their pots, dry and broken. Black kale full of insect bites. This is the worse plants delivery I ever had up to date from a veg supplier. I will def no shop here again. I wish I could attach the images of them!
