Excellent customer service I ordered refrigerator water filters from Glacier Fresh after checking the internet and liking their deals. Soon after I realized I had ordered the wrong filters. I sent a email to customer support and told them what happened, and please cancel. I got a response within 24hr and was relieved to know they could modify my order and send the wright filters. Sodamaker The soda maker finally arrived. However, it didn't get the water cold, which is the only reason we purchased it. Cost us $42 to ship back, which was not refunded and there was an undisclosed currency conversion fee that was also not refunded.

Excellent price, too soon to say about quality Excellent price, product seems fine. Time will tell how well this unauthorized replacement filter works, but it was soooo much cheaper than the official LG fridge water filter that I figured I'd give it a shot. I appreciate that it's NSF certified as a carbon filter. Product arrived two weeks after I ordered, which was mildly annoying but not really a problem.
