The product was received in good condition and is exactly what I ordered. The price of the product is much more affordable than one purchased from Whirlpool. I recommend Glacier Fresh for all your filter needs.

Nice well made product. Poor (non-existent) customer support Here is the exact text sent to Glacier: Today I set up my new GF-RVWS001 which was purchased thru Amazon. I was a disappointed about a couple of things. I noticed the main cap was sitting a bit crooked. After struggling to remove it I found it was cross threaded. Once put on correctly it seems to seal. The 6001 fitting was missing the black O-Ring. I was able to use one I had on hand. The 6002 fitting was missing the small white O-Ring. I was able to repurpose the one from the 6003 fitting. Collectively these deficiencies make me wonder if I am the first owner of this unit. Here is their response: Hello. When I replied with a screenshot showing Amazon directing me to the Glacier website I received the following response: Hi, In this case,you could contact with the AMAZON front desk for help. Superior Customer Service!! Superior Customer Service!!! I was a dunce and hastily purchased the wrong filters and customer service helped me straighten the whole mess out and find the filters ai needed. I love the price point of these filters and they work well with my SubZero refrigerator. Yay Glacier!!

Very Pleased I was looking for new filters for myself and as a gift. I found the filters I needed and placed the order. I received the filters in a reasonable amount of time. When I oped the order I found that there was an extra filter sent. I contacted customer support to about the extra filter and was told to keep it as a gift seeing it was shipped in error. I must say from ordering to getting filters and contacting customer support all went well and I was very pleased.
