Excellent price, too soon to say about quality Excellent price, product seems fine. Time will tell how well this unauthorized replacement filter works, but it was soooo much cheaper than the official LG fridge water filter that I figured I'd give it a shot. I appreciate that it's NSF certified as a carbon filter. Product arrived two weeks after I ordered, which was mildly annoying but not really a problem.

I was a dunce and hastily purchased the wrong filters and customer service helped me straighten the whole mess out and find the filters ai needed. I love the price point of these filters and they work well with my SubZero refrigerator. Yay Glacier!!

The Extra Mile I stupidly failed to look at the filter in my refrigerator and ordered a type that was in an earlier machine I had. I only realized this when I was ready to install the new filter. Typically one would expect to send them back, get the correct ones, and pay a restocking fee. Not at all. They had me take a picture of my existing filter - that clearly showed the correct part number and sent me new filters that were correct. They didn't even want the old ones back!
