GBNice well made product. Poor (non-existent) customer support Here is the exact text sent to Glacier: Today I set up my new GF-RVWS001 which was purchased thru Amazon. I was a disappointed about a couple of things. I noticed the main cap was sitting a bit crooked. After struggling to remove it I found it was cross threaded. Once put on correctly it seems to seal. The 6001 fitting was missing the black O-Ring. I was able to use one I had on hand. The 6002 fitting was missing the small white O-Ring. I was able to repurpose the one from the 6003 fitting. Collectively these deficiencies make me wonder if I am the first owner of this unit. Here is their response: Hello. Sorry, we are an independent website, not Amazon, we suggest you contact the customer service of Amazon store directly, they will help you to deal with the problem, thanks for understanding. When I replied with a screenshot showing Amazon directing me to the Glacier website I received the following response: Hi, In this case,you could contact with the AMAZON front desk for help. Thank you for your understanding. Disappointing, I will reach out to Amazon for further help.

GBIt's the Price i have only been using the filter for a couple of weeks but, as best I can tell from this brief experience, it works as well as the expensive brand recommended by the refrigerator manufacturer at a quarter of the price. (I'll know more in 6 months time.)

GBSatisfied customer support experience. I ordered 3 filters for our Fridge. Only one came. I wrote to customer support asking about the rest of the shipment showing the order for 3. They sent 2 more shortly thereafter. Was very glad they delivered as promised. I appreciate companies who respond to the customers communications promptly.

GBGLACIER FRESH IS A RIP OFF On September 1st, I placed an order for PF-2 Fluoride Reduction Filters. A week later, instead of receiving the filters I ordered, I received other water filters. I sent Glacier Fresh an email message regarding the error. They apologized and asked me to send photos of the filters and packaging. I did as they requested. About a week and a half later I received a shipment. Instead of the filters I ordered, they again sent the same wrong filters. I requested a refund. They apologized again, and told me they would send me the filters I ordered. That was on September 21st. It's now October 10th. I've yet to receive a refund, or the filters I ordered.
