GBThey only allow picking one type of diet… They only allow picing one type of diet to give recommendations. I follow a Keto and FODMAP diet as the best way to manage my IBS-D. These snake oil sales people recommend an array of high FODMAP foods and a probiotic that will help with my completely nonexistent constipation. If I used the probiotic and ate what was recommended I'd never get off the toilet. Complete waste of money.
