Underwhelming Honestly, a really underwhelming experience! The logistics were good. But the results are really not explained well and are at times contradictory! Especially the results in the Basic version and Premium version just don't add up. Also the suggestion of probiotics doesn't make any sense. It didn't contain any of the bacteria I'm deficient in, but instead those were I'm anyways in a healthy range. I would expect a customized mix based on my results, but you just suggest one of the 5 pre mixes you have. Really disappointed in this service!

Only thing you get from Ombre is statements like "1-2 more weeks" (I believe this is the 3rd time they've said "1-2 weeks"). If a company can't do simple basics, how can you trust their assessment of your microbiome? Does not deserve anyone's business.

Maybe make it more clean that you are getting the chance to buy another one for am even lower price. I thought it was a different test for a discounted price. Customer service was quick and helpful.

It took awhile for my kit to arrive It took awhile for my kit to arrive, but the wait was definitely worth it. After taking the gut health test, I found so much about the bacteria in my gut that I need to improve on. Now I am asking myself why didn't I do this sooner? Well it's never too late to start and I thank Ombre for offering their product and services.
