GBSuperior Customer Service I had lost my activation card some months ago. I really didn't think it could be retrieved. But Russel got back to me promptly. In a single day, I was able to upload the activation. Then Russell searched and found that the test was still at Ombre. Altogether superior customer service, all in a single day!

GBUnderwhelming Honestly, a really underwhelming experience! The logistics were good. But the results are really not explained well and are at times contradictory! Especially the results in the Basic version and Premium version just don't add up. Also the suggestion of probiotics doesn't make any sense. It didn't contain any of the bacteria I'm deficient in, but instead those were I'm anyways in a healthy range. I would expect a customized mix based on my results, but you just suggest one of the 5 pre mixes you have. Really disappointed in this service!
