Totally waste of money! Totally waste of money!! I followed the Ombre adviced diet for 2 years and from the other day the recommendations were totally different. I asked them and after 3 replies where they even didn't read my question they told me it was a bug in their system?? So I have bought all these expensive supplements for nothing (maybe even harmfull) and followed a completely wrong diet, so 2 years of waste of costly time and money. Off course I don't buy the bug excuse. So totally unreliable. Please spend your money usefull and don't be manipulated by all these discounts. You still pay too much. I saw also discounts of 50% at several places, even in their own e-mails. Or maybe you want to be swindled.

Crystal was fabulous! I had received two shipments and was having trouble getting online. Crystal was an amazing help to me. She saw that I had two accounts. She canceled one account and because I now had 6 bottles of Ombre she changed my next order to December. She then explained that there were currently technical difficulties with the site and that they were being fixed. She is a great asset to your business.

Underwhelming Honestly, a really underwhelming experience! The logistics were good. But the results are really not explained well and are at times contradictory! Especially the results in the Basic version and Premium version just don't add up. Also the suggestion of probiotics doesn't make any sense. It didn't contain any of the bacteria I'm deficient in, but instead those were I'm anyways in a healthy range. I would expect a customized mix based on my results, but you just suggest one of the 5 pre mixes you have. Really disappointed in this service!
