I bought a product from a secondary… I bought a product from a secondary site,I had neither the receipt nor the proof of purchase. I wrote to customer service for a small problem and after exchanging a few emails,It should be noted that I had only made one attempt, I was just looking for a service center to send their product to but instead they replaced it for me.
