GBMy Son is Not Ready for a Phone My super, quiet 12-year old son is not ready for a phone. It does not look super kiddie so he loves that it is still an appropriate look on his arm. We upgraded from the JrTrack2 to the JrTrack3. This watch helps him stay in contact with our immediate family members through calls, text, location. He relies on its features, and even has reminded me to turn the School Mode back on after breaks in the school year - he wants to focus. He also has scheduled alarms set to remind him of when different tasks/chores are required of him. The JrTrack Smartwatches have been a great way to help him stay focused and in touch with my husband and I when going and coming from school, and handling things around the house.

GBHad an issue with my sons Cosmo watch… Had an issue with my sons Cosmo watch and the customer service and detail of getting the watch fixed was absolutely wonderful. I started off frustrated but the attention to my issue made with the issue being easily resolved.

GBAfter a few hiccups of getting optimal… After a few hiccups of getting optimal call and location working. It has been a great watch for a 2nd grader. Even with the few hiccups the Cosmo support team was quick to help and follow up. Easy to use, great school mode and no games!

GBConnection interrupted I wish I could review the gentleman who resolved our issue, but I'm horrible with names... Not only did he know exactly what was going on with my son's Jr Track 3, he explained why it was giving us trouble with not letting my son send messages or why the GPS wouldn't update and HOW to correct it on our own in case this happens again. We LOVE the ability to send personal messages with emojis!
