GBReplacement of old discontinued shower waste Contacted Matki for advice on replacing an old corroded shower waste trap. Esme was very helpful and responded quickly with all the details for the replacement parts and costs. I proceeded to place an order with her on the Monday and everything arrived by Thursday. Very good customer service and would use again based on this experience.

GBWe’ve had two Matki showers installed… We’ve had two Matki showers installed over a eight year period and both have leaked in the same place…the first one caused considerable damage to the underfloor area. The second one has now started leaking thru the grout in the tiling adjacent to the shower right hand pillar. Everything is sealed in the area but it still leaks…I’ve now got to find a installer who will look at the problem…the original installer is no longer around. Please help Matki

GBPhone call to arrival in 2 days Following 15 years of use, our Matki shower required a new valve (and service kit). It was not in stock, but the manufacturer supplied, having tested the part. The order was telephoned on Monday afternoon and arrived on Wednesday morning. Our amazing shower is back in full working order again ! Thank you Cameron and Matki for this exceptional service!

GBMatki Technical Support I called Matki for technical support in connection with a problem that had developed with our Matki Elixir EX28 Shower. I can only describe my customer experience as superb, in fact one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my entire life - and I'm a wrinkly! The technical support person I spoke with, Esme, listened intently to understand the problem, asking relevant questions. Esme then followed through by providing a costed solution. Replacement parts ordered and paid for over the telephone and confirmed by follow-up email. Parts being dispatched as an urgent action. Brilliant! I could not ask for more.

GBBrace bars replaced. Needed a pair of brace bars replaced(flaking) so emailed tge relevant details and follow up proof of purchase. Brace bars sent priority post by Lucas & Technical support. Received them quick but realised I had received one wrong one L/H not R/H ( my mistake?) Re-emailed Lucas who immediately sent me another 2 braces. First class after sales service and shower enclosure. Great.
