He understood and advised immediately on the issues I had. Not often I make these kind of missives but felt the need to as I find these days the level of response they provided is rare. ie. GBReally helpful support from Matki… Really helpful support from Matki customer service. We had a small issue that did not need a call out fixi g a hinge. I was told how to take the hinge off and managed to replace it via parts on line. Thank you.

GBExcellent customer service We recently had a Matki shower door fitted to replace an existing door. They did an excellent job and left us with a bottle of cleaner and a cloth to maintain the glass. This has almost run out and I sent an email to the technical department to ask how to obtain a further bottle as it is an excellent product. I received a very prompt reply. Very satisfied with my experience with Matki.
