Brace bars replaced. Needed a pair of brace bars replaced(flaking) so emailed tge relevant details and follow up proof of purchase. Brace bars sent priority post by Lucas & Technical support. Received them quick but realised I had received one wrong one L/H not R/H ( my mistake?) Re-emailed Lucas who immediately sent me another 2 braces. First class after sales service and shower enclosure. Great.

Fast Flow shower trap spares My Matki fast flow shower trap flange fractured after 16 years service. We had replaced the cover over the years due to fair wear and tear, so only need broken flange/seal replacements. Spoke to Esme who was brilliant - very helpful and friendly. She requested photographs to confirm actual part. All done by email and spares ordered shortly afterwards.

Great service with correct parts Alan Wilson of Matki's service operation came and completed a service (first since installation 10 years ago) Excellent that a product of that age still had all required parts at hand. Quick and skilled update means that £470.00 was well spent. En-suite left clean and tidy and explanation of what had been done together with advice on keeping drain clear was valued. Will use again on second Matki shower when needed

Brilliant customer service I have a 7 year old Matki One Quintesse shower enclosure and a few of the seals were a litttle worn and tired looking. I emailed Matki and they very generously sent me a selection of seals that have enabled me to get the shower looking as good as new. I'm most impressed with the excellent customer service.

Replacement of old discontinued shower waste Contacted Matki for advice on replacing an old corroded shower waste trap. Esme was very helpful and responded quickly with all the details for the replacement parts and costs. I proceeded to place an order with her on the Monday and everything arrived by Thursday. Very good customer service and would use again based on this experience.
