Solved my tech issues so quickly - replied over email within minutes with photos and explanations…..incredible support. Product is great too! Just works, every time, and great compatibility (google home, HomeKit, iPhone app, etc). Highly recommended.

Two Remootios Working Well I presently use two Remootios - one for a garage door and one for a gate, making use of scheduled automations and manual triggering. Remootio's customer service is EXCELLENT!! Remootio's customer service is excellent. I bought a Remootio 3 under another company's name and was having some problems with it. That company was absolutely no help and even gave me false information. I emailed Remootio and quickly received a reply with detailed steps to solve the problem. I did what they suggested and the problem was solved. I would definitely recommend their product.
