Remootio's customer service is EXCELLENT!! Remootio's customer service is excellent. I bought a Remootio 3 under another company's name and was having some problems with it. That company was absolutely no help and even gave me false information. I emailed Remootio and quickly received a reply with detailed steps to solve the problem. I did what they suggested and the problem was solved. I would definitely recommend their product.

Two Remootios Working Well I presently use two Remootios - one for a garage door and one for a gate, making use of scheduled automations and manual triggering. Remootio Customer Service for wiring diagram Remootio Customer Service for after sales support was superb and fast. I had an issue with wiring to the motor control board and Remootio quickly identified where to connect the respective wires. Many weeks passed and I lost the original email with the wiring diagram, a short email and 30mins later Remootio team replied with the wiring diagram. My best experience with any company for online service.

Solved my tech issues so quickly - replied over email within minutes with photos and explanations…..incredible support. Product is great too!
