GBCustomer Service gets 10 Stars!! Customer Service gets 10 Stars!! My MiniLabster arrived on time! Adorable and age appropriate. Will grow with it for a long time. The box came in damaged, torn open, bent and un'gift'able. Contacted the customer service and IMMEDIATELY got a response, happy to replace it. I was elated. I have been bragging about this company and their products to everyone. Shop their store! It's a win win.

GBExcellent Customer Services I bought the pocket microscopes for my nieces birthday but neglected to find the postage times. After discovering that they take a little longer than I'm used to, I decided to pursue a refund. Customer services were excellent and the refund was in my account the next day. I did request the refund before the order had been despatched but they replied to my email within the hour. Very quick, very helpful and very understanding. For a problem that was entirely of my own making, at that. Five stars.

CAOutstanding customer service. Outstanding customer service. THere wasa small defect with 1 of the 4 mini scopes I ordered for my nieces and nephews, and they replaced it very expeditiously after I simply provided a photo. Very professional and kind customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ALSO, the miniscopes are incredible!

CAI do not recommend this company I do not recommend this company. I have received an item that is clearly defective and if I return it for the almost $50cad that it cost, I will pay the same (or more) for shipping. I have been offered a 40% refund to keep it and throw it away. Extremely disappointing.
