CABest customer service ever! My young grandson was delighted with his mini microscope. But it slipped out of his hand and fell on the floor chipping part of the plastic around the lens. I wrote MiniLabsters to see if I could get a replacement part. They responded immediately and offered to replace the unit. Best customer service ever!

GBGood product, good customer service I ordered two mini microscopes, one for my son, and one for my niece. Unfortunately, one arrived broken. The lens inside had a deep crack, rendering it unusable. However, I reached out to customer service. I explained that shipping had damaged the product. They offered to send me another mini microscope free of charge. I am very happy with their product. Both my niece and my son love their microscopes. And I am very pleased with their prompt and responsive customer service.

SEHorrible fort kit Nice and fast customer service, but horrible fort kit. Cheap and plastic. Looks nothing like what is offered on their page. I got offered 40% refund instead of returning it when I complained. I think they buy the stuff cheap from china, ad a lot (!) to the price and still makes a profit even with the 40% refund.

GBGreat customer service… I purchased 3 mini-microscopes for grandchildren for Christmas this year. The girls, ages 6 and 8 are having a lot of fun with theirs. When it was discovered that the 3rd microscope did not work. I received prompt and friendly customer service and a replacement has been sent.
