Horrible fort kit Nice and fast customer service, but horrible fort kit. Cheap and plastic. Looks nothing like what is offered on their page. I got offered 40% refund instead of returning it when I complained. I think they buy the stuff cheap from china, ad a lot (!) to the price and still makes a profit even with the 40% refund.

Excellent Customer Services I bought the pocket microscopes for my nieces birthday but neglected to find the postage times. After discovering that they take a little longer than I'm used to, I decided to pursue a refund. Customer services were excellent and the refund was in my account the next day. I did request the refund before the order had been despatched but they replied to my email within the hour. Very quick, very helpful and very understanding. For a problem that was entirely of my own making, at that. Five stars.

Fantastic! I used Paypal and they sent my order to the wrong place. I reached out to MiniLabsters and they sent a new one to the right address right away. Haven't tried the microscope yet since it's a gift. but their customer service? Fantastic!
