I made my purchase but then got targeted with an email containing a discount code. After querying this with MiniLabsters, I was immediately refunded the discount amount with no questions asked. I accidentally ordered too many mini micropes I accidentally ordered too many mini microscopes but when I emailed Minilabsters about it, they got back to me the next day to cancel the extra order. Really friendly and fast service! Can't wait to get my order.

Fantastic! I used Paypal and they sent my order to the wrong place. I reached out to MiniLabsters and they sent a new one to the right address right away. Haven't tried the microscope yet since it's a gift. but their customer service? Fantastic!
