The box came in damaged, torn open, bent and un'gift'able. Contacted the customer service and IMMEDIATELY got a response, happy to replace it. I was elated. I have been bragging about this company and their products to everyone. Shop their store! It's a win win.

I have received an item that is clearly defective and if I return it for the almost $50cad that it cost, I will pay the same (or more) for shipping. I have been offered a 40% refund to keep it and throw it away. Extremely disappointing.
