I have received an item that is clearly defective and if I return it for the almost $50cad that it cost, I will pay the same (or more) for shipping. I have been offered a 40% refund to keep it and throw it away. Extremely disappointing. GBFantastic! I used Paypal and they sent my order to the wrong place. I reached out to MiniLabsters and they sent a new one to the right address right away. Haven't tried the microscope yet since it's a gift. but their customer service? Fantastic!

CABest customer service ever! My young grandson was delighted with his mini microscope. But it slipped out of his hand and fell on the floor chipping part of the plastic around the lens. I wrote MiniLabsters to see if I could get a replacement part. They responded immediately and offered to replace the unit. Best customer service ever!
