It is really bad... It is really bad... Just updating firmware bricked the camera. Sometimes it will destroy SD cards you put it... Its a nightmare I have spent months working with support (who are very nice and sent me a replacement camera) but in the end the product is just trash

love the affordable smart plugs I've been using the Nooie smart plugs for a few years now. They are great! Simple to use, compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google home. I like to use them when abroad to simulate house activity, they even have a random one-off functionality to avoid a strict schedule should someone be actively watching your home.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Shocking if I could give it no stars I would Absolutely shocking, the cameras don’t work properly half the time, it’s either the sound not working, you can’t use the talk feature because it messes with the camera, half the time the camera is down and not working anyway. The customer service is shocking they actually don’t care will just tell you to reset the thing a thousand times and even after replacing the camera it is still just shocking. The camera needs an update and it physically won’t let me update it just keeps saying unsuccessful. Absolutely awful camera not worth a single penny I spent on it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a doorbell from them with 1 year of cloud service. It took me almost 2 weeks to get someone to respond and set up my cloud service. Then a month later my doorbell is not capturing all events and misses a lot of people right outside my door including us coming and going. I'm using for security and it's very poor. App freezes on all cameras. Once again reached out to customer support (they only have email), it's been 6 days with no response. They say they will respond in 24 hrs. I've sent 4 emails in 6 days. Even went on there FB pg asking for help.

Unreliable connection and camera Unreliable connection and camera. I experienced many issues with the device and it was a lengthy procedure to find a resolution with the customer service team. They wouldn't give me a refund, only a replacement, which is just as glitchy, so I'm having to buy a new monitor from a different company out of pocket in order to have a reliable view of my baby. The nooie customer service team asked that I leave a positive review in return for free cloud subscription, so beware of fake, orchestrated reviews.
