GB100% recommend the Nooie smart plugs 100% recommend the Nooie smart plugs, and the customer service is outstanding. I bought 2 plugs a while ago, was a bit confusing to set up to start with, but when I got used to it, setting up was a breeze. I told my family about them, and my cousin bought some. Again, she struggled with the set up, but she also used the plugs hotspot to get them to work. Then my sister bought some. This time though she really struggled. At the time, I had also bought more. When I went to set them up, I couldn’t either. We both noticed that the plugs hotspot didn’t say smart life, and instead had Chinese writing. We tried web chat, but didn’t get a response. My sister emailed Nooie support and they replied straight away. They got her to try different things. I told her to tell them about the writing. They asked her to send a screen shot, and immediately said they would send her some more. They came quickly, and the new set worked straight away. I then emailed with the same problem. Chris replied straight away, and I sent the screen shots. I had a reply saying they would send new ones within 3-5 days. They arrived the next day. These worked straight away. I really can’t fault this company at all. The plugs are great and work with our google home. Amazing when we come in at night, in the pitch black, arms full carrying shopping and we ask google to turn the lights on. Chris was excellent, best customer service I’ve ever had. GBNooie support are MIA Camera and app are very buggy. But mostly ok. Tried to reach out to Nooie multiple times over the last few years and never once got a response. Presume it's because they know their products are faulty. I would heavily advise against using any of these products as baby cameras. They are not reliable enough for such tasks. They also ask for positive reviews in exchange for other smart devices such as plugs. Which also are insanely faulty and rarely work..

GBExcellent baby monitor I received the Nooie 360 as a baby shower gift for my firstborn and I have now used it for 3 months with my daughter. I am so pleased with it! The sound and video quality is excellent so I immediately hear my daughter waking and I can also check her breathing on the video for peace of mind so I’m very impressed! I would definitely recommend to any new parents!

GBPiece of crap Piece of crap. Only works when it wants to. No good for home security or baby monitoring as it's unreliable. Re nooie indoor 360 camera.

GBDo NOT EVER buy from Nooie I would never buy from this company again. The customer service is non-existent. I bought a Nooie Cam 360 2 during their recent sale because it is half off, but after the purchase I found out it will not work with my current internet provider. There is no phone number to call so I emailed the only support email they have. For days I kept getting AI responses saying the order would be cancelled, or that I had to email customer support but every time I asked what that email was I wouldn’t get a reply. Finally I got a response from customer service in the middle of the night days later explaining that if it hadn’t shipped they would cancel the order. Conveniently the order shipped out at 1am that night, two hours before I received the email. Now they are telling me that I will need to pay return shipping, as they cannot provide me a label. They didn’t even give me return info what so ever. I’m attempting to get ahold of management but haven’t heard back. It has been the most frustrating experience.
