It is really bad... It is really bad... Just updating firmware bricked the camera. Sometimes it will destroy SD cards you put it... Its a nightmare I have spent months working with support (who are very nice and sent me a replacement camera) but in the end the product is just trash

Do NOT EVER buy from Nooie I would never buy from this company again. The customer service is non-existent. I bought a Nooie Cam 360 2 during their recent sale because it is half off, but after the purchase I found out it will not work with my current internet provider. There is no phone number to call so I emailed the only support email they have. For days I kept getting AI responses saying the order would be cancelled, or that I had to email customer support but every time I asked what that email was I wouldn’t get a reply. Finally I got a response from customer service in the middle of the night days later explaining that if it hadn’t shipped they would cancel the order. Conveniently the order shipped out at 1am that night, two hours before I received the email. Now they are telling me that I will need to pay return shipping, as they cannot provide me a label. They didn’t even give me return info what so ever. I’m attempting to get ahold of management but haven’t heard back. It has been the most frustrating experience.

Excellent baby monitor I received the Nooie 360 as a baby shower gift for my firstborn and I have now used it for 3 months with my daughter. I am so pleased with it! The sound and video quality is excellent so I immediately hear my daughter waking and I can also check her breathing on the video for peace of mind so I’m very impressed! I would definitely recommend to any new parents!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a doorbell from them with 1 year of cloud service. It took me almost 2 weeks to get someone to respond and set up my cloud service. Then a month later my doorbell is not capturing all events and misses a lot of people right outside my door including us coming and going. I'm using for security and it's very poor. App freezes on all cameras. Once again reached out to customer support (they only have email), it's been 6 days with no response. They say they will respond in 24 hrs. I've sent 4 emails in 6 days. Even went on there FB pg asking for help.
