GBNooie support are MIA Camera and app are very buggy. But mostly ok. Tried to reach out to Nooie multiple times over the last few years and never once got a response. Presume it's because they know their products are faulty. I would heavily advise against using any of these products as baby cameras. They are not reliable enough for such tasks. They also ask for positive reviews in exchange for other smart devices such as plugs. Which also are insanely faulty and rarely work..

GBI’ve had 2 cameras with nooie one… I’ve had 2 cameras with nooie one firstly bought then a replacement. Unfortunately it was out of the warranty time but nooie agreed to give me a discount on purchasing another. Great communication via email and fast replies. Very helpful and great service!

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a doorbell from them with 1 year of cloud service. It took me almost 2 weeks to get someone to respond and set up my cloud service. Then a month later my doorbell is not capturing all events and misses a lot of people right outside my door including us coming and going. I'm using for security and it's very poor. App freezes on all cameras. Once again reached out to customer support (they only have email), it's been 6 days with no response. They say they will respond in 24 hrs. I've sent 4 emails in 6 days. Even went on there FB pg asking for help.

GBUnreliable connection and camera Unreliable connection and camera. I experienced many issues with the device and it was a lengthy procedure to find a resolution with the customer service team. They wouldn't give me a refund, only a replacement, which is just as glitchy, so I'm having to buy a new monitor from a different company out of pocket in order to have a reliable view of my baby. The nooie customer service team asked that I leave a positive review in return for free cloud subscription, so beware of fake, orchestrated reviews.
