When I received the ladder the foam on… When I received the ladder the foam on both handrails was damaged. I notified the company and was told they would credit me 5% which will be maybe $6. I informed them I would prefer the damage corrected. I ordered and expected an undamaged product. They told me to put tape on the damage and that my account would be credited. I’m glad the ladder isn’t structurally damaged because I don’t think this company would stand behind their product.

Quality and and ease of use. The ladder appears to be made of quality material. It was fairly easy to assemble (20 minutes) and stores in my garage closet. My only issue was during shipping the padding on the rails was a bit damaged.
