GBThey got back to me in a timely manner This ladder was better than we had expected. Much sturdier than the one we had previously owned .We are 84 years old and need this security. When my tool kit did not arrive with the ladder they quickly answered that they would be sending it out. I am sure it will be here soon.

GBUnsteady Ladder User I ordered this platform ladder because I'm very unsteady with ladders as I have had 1/3 of my foot amputated. I used this ladder for 2 days and it's everything I expected. I can't afford a fall as I have a broken back. Ad and explanation about product was spot on.....Thanks

The 3-step ladder is lightweight yet incredibly sturdy, large steps make maneuvering safe, it’s so easy to open and close (even for weak older people), comfortably fits all body heights, angled rubber feet prevent unwanted movement both when in use and while folded for storage, works equally well without the tool tray attached, and HBTower sent timely, informative updates from the initial order through delivery. GBLove this ladder Love this ladder. Came just in time to put up outdoor Christmas Decorations. I feel much more secure climbing the ladder with side rails. I am a little puzzled by the fact that the platform that holds tools does not lock in place.
