Poor Customer Service Received ladder in timely manner. Did not care for (too heavy). Got permission to return. Had to pay for return shipping (as expected). HBTower received 3 days later (per UPS confirmation). It has been 32 days since they received. NO REFUND. They don't respond to emails. Their phone is ALWAYS "busy" (all hours of day). I DO NOT recommend this company.

For various reasons For various reasons, a really sturdy, safe ladder is not just optimal —it’s a requirement for my household. With its extra-deep steps and solid construction, this is by far the sturdiest two-step ladder I’ve seen, and the dark green color makes it the most elegant out there, too. Ordering and delivery were efficient and trouble-free.

Pathetic and Non-existent Customer Service I have requested to return the ladder due to it being too heavy for me to handle. I had shoulder replacement surgery two months ago which prevents me from using the ladder. I did receive one reply early on and they claimed that it is NOT too heavy and I need to try harder. They have ignored two previous emails from me and and FaceBook Messenger inquiries. Stay away from this company. I suspect they are out of business.

Great ladder and customer experience. They replaced my ladder immediately when I showed it had a slight problem. Customer support is great. I used both the Amazon messaging app within amazon.com - go into the order details and request to contact merchant, it'll open up a chat window. Also, if you didn't use Amazon to purchase, you can reach out to contact AT hbtower.us . Great new ladder they sent, no questions asked they just sent it after I showed a pic of the broken part.
