GBThey got back to me in a timely manner This ladder was better than we had expected. Much sturdier than the one we had previously owned .We are 84 years old and need this security. When my tool kit did not arrive with the ladder they quickly answered that they would be sending it out. I am sure it will be here soon.

With its extra-deep steps and solid construction, this is by far the sturdiest two-step ladder I’ve seen, and the dark green color makes it the most elegant out there, too.
