GBGreat ladder and customer experience. They replaced my ladder immediately when I showed it had a slight problem. Customer support is great. I used both the Amazon messaging app within amazon.com - go into the order details and request to contact merchant, it'll open up a chat window. Also, if you didn't use Amazon to purchase, you can reach out to contact AT hbtower.us . Great new ladder they sent, no questions asked they just sent it after I showed a pic of the broken part.
Not happening
GBI made a purchase of a 5 step ladder I made a purchase of a 5 step ladder. It’s missing a part. It’s literally impossible to get a hold of customer support. I like the ladder. Would rather have the part than to send it back. Why is it impossible to find customer service!

GBI am loving my new three-step stepstool… I am loving my new three-step stepstool from HBTower. It is sturdy, but still light-weight enough to move around. It was just what I was looking for. I was nervous about purchasing online without seeing the product in-person, but I'm glad I took the chance!! Thank you for making this stepstool available.

GBService was fast, product is great! Service was fast. The ladder is just what we needed in our senior years when climbing ladders is not advised. The wide platform steps, safety rail at top, and hand rails on each side make us feel safe.

GBIn need of a U. S. Barcode.... I just received my dark green 2 step ladder SKU:KQ0002-GR and to my chagrin the barcode is Chinese! I need the United States barcode because I have to register the item with the National Consumer Panel. The item was purchased from Amazon. By the way I am pleased with my purchase. Would you please supply me with the barcode for the U. S. I received my purchase today 04/16/2024
