Will do business again Good prices,good delivery time.my only gripe would be that your web site took forever to update.it said "preparing shipment" for 2 days and was at my door.its good it got here before the site said it was out for delivery,just might be confusing for customers in the future...btw I changed it to the 4 star rating I tried but somehow it reset to 1 and I didn't notice it when I posted the review

16 days and counting and still no forge and no contact phone number I would love to give them a higher rating, and most likely will when we get our forge, but it has been 16 days and counting and still no forge. Additionally they need a contact phone number if they are going to sell such expensive products.

Happy with my first forge. Took a while for it to ship, but it was a busy time, and when I emailed to enquire about a time frame I recieved a quick response, within a few hours with an update and a time frame on when to expect it. Package arrived intact and damage free. Only suggestion would be instructions that included visuals. Otherwise extremely happy with service and experience and cant wait to start using my new forge. Is definitely one of the better priced, ready to use forges that I have found and it is definitely well built. If and when I upgrade to a larger forge I will definitely be returning to Mathewson Metals.

Atrocious shipping Hopefully the forge lives up to the hype when it arrives, atrocious shipping. I placed an order on Feb 6, according to the shipping policy on their website it should have shipped that Friday. A label was not created until the 13th, however the product still did not ship until the 20th, I was told due to inclimate weather. Travking now tells me to expect it on tbe 27th. A ridiculous amount of time in this day and age. This company did not adhere to their shipping policy.

Good product and good people Friendly and courtious. Produces a well-built quality product and offers personal assistance with any issues you might have. Slow to ship though, and communication could be much better. I did not get a shipping update I was told I would receive. But there is nothing that would prevent me from doing future business with this company.
