Great customer service Great customer service! I recommend when purchasing through their PayPal payment system you must set up a PayPal account. I tried the second option of just using a debit or credit card option and PayPal screwed it up by not submitting my purchase or charging my card even though it prompted at thanks for your purchase screen. Which left me and Matthewson Metals in the dark about my purchase! I bought the metalsmith forge and it’s very well built and it works great!

Saying thank you I have had my Knifesmith forge for some years now. I want to say thank for the great product that has not only allowed me to turn out some nice knifes but also provide hours of fun and enjoyment doing it with my my kids, grandkids and other friends.

Burner works amazing Burner works amazing. Got it today and started using right away. Definitely recommend ordering one if you need it. Customer service side needs work. The shipping details mentioned on web sight are incorrect. My order shipped 6 days late. They don't respond to emails asking if order had been shipped. Took 3 phone calls, with a message left before someone answered phone.
