Placed my order on June 6, 2019 - zero communication Placed my order on June 6, 2019. I've emailed Damian 4 times since then asking for order status. To date I have have received no response to my emails. My order remains "pending" on the website. As others have noted, I also have ordered and received product from another site (two orders since placing this order with Duty Free!) This has been a frustrating experience, zero communication.
