Fake cigar website. -

Never filled my order. I have ordered from duty free three… I have ordered from duty free three times. First two took very long time but after constantly emailing Damian I finally got my cigars. Now after ordering and paying the first few days of 2020. I have received no communication as to status or update of my order. Something is seriously wrong with this merchant. I have not received my cigars or a refund in almost two months.

Bought cigars on Dec 18. NOTHING. Bought cigars on Dec 18, 2019. I have emailed numerous times. Continue to get the run around. Have requested a refund multiple times. No response. Absolute horrible scam. Stay far away. Place will create a significant amount of hatred in your soul. Update July 3, 2020 Still absolutely no response. Still haven’t received a refund. Stay as far away from these people as possible. Horrible human beings. Do not honor their word. Andrew D.

Order #18685. Update: 3/11/20. this order HAS NOT been refunded or fulfilled. I suggest one spend their money elsewhere. Order #18685. Placed 11/21/2019, The only email I have received was on 11/26/2019 stating my $428.00 payment had been received. Since that time I have sent 4 emails requesting order status and have not received any response. Having paid with Zelle, I have no recourse for a refund. Order at your own risk!

THEY DONT SHIP WHAT YOU PAY FOR I ordered a package of cigars for my husband on December 6,2019 for a Christmas present. It is March 12, 2020 and I still have not even received a shipping notification. I have tried to contact the owner numerous times asking for an update or a refund and have received no response. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM! $150 gone.
