GBTHEY DONT SHIP WHAT YOU PAY FOR I ordered a package of cigars for my husband on December 6,2019 for a Christmas present. It is March 12, 2020 and I still have not even received a shipping notification. I have tried to contact the owner numerous times asking for an update or a refund and have received no response. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM! $150 gone.

Placed 11/21/2019, The only email I have received was on 11/26/2019 stating my $428.00 payment had been received. Since that time I have sent 4 emails requesting order status and have not received any response. Having paid with Zelle, I have no recourse for a refund. Order at your own risk!

Duyfree is illegitimate company and a scam and should be avoided at all costs.I have all receipts and email correspondence if anyone would like to see his games and lies please reach out directly. I doubt I will ever be repaid, just want to protect anyone here from ordering from this scam website.

GBI agree with Tim I agree with Tim. I ordered on Dec 18. Received an email right away for Damien. Followed instructions per the agreement for payment. Then radio silence. Website for my order continues to say pending. I have asked multiple times for an update and nothing. I could understand if there was a delay due to the holidays but when someone goes radio silent it indicates otherwise. Damien wasn’t radio silent when it came to getting paid first. Might as well wipe your butt with the money and flush it down the drain. Update Feb 23. Still absolutely no answer from Damian or anyone else for that matter. I have asked for a timeline to get delivered or if that can’t be provided a refund. They do not respond. Save your money and go elsewhere. Where is my money or my cigars??? (March 4th).
