We ordered the cookbook for a Christmas… We ordered the cookbook for a Christmas present on 11/20/23. It is now 12/18/23 and still no cookbook. Customer service on the phone was useless. The tracking nos. supplied with the shipping confirmation received on 12/14/23 email state that no label has been created. Really not pleased.

This is a sneaky subscription with… This is a sneaky subscription with auto-renew that is difficult to cancel. Thank goodness my credit card expired so I was able to catch it and cancel before it was charged!

Ordered two knives a Santoku and a… Ordered two knives a Santoku and a Nakiri. Really wanted the NAKIRI but that one did not arrive. Have tried repeatedly to contact them the only way possible via email with no response. Horrible customer service. Milk Street is a rip off! Save your money and go elsewhere and before you order anything online make sure the company has a reputable customer service that you can actually reach!
