GBPackage never received Poor customer service Package never received. Customer service can only be reached through email. I emailed several times and received a generic reply each time saying "we do not have control over delivery delays or shipping timelines...thank you for your patience". They have already charged my credit card while I am waiting for their knife to appear.

GBWe ordered the cookbook for a Christmas… We ordered the cookbook for a Christmas present on 11/20/23. It is now 12/18/23 and still no cookbook. Customer service on the phone was useless. The tracking nos. supplied with the shipping confirmation received on 12/14/23 email state that no label has been created. Really not pleased.

GBReceived items I ordered Received items I ordered. Experience would have been better with an easier customer tracking system. Also wish there would be a customer service phone number vs. email that just sends you a blanket reply.

GBA different kind of grocery shopping experience I’ve gotten several different pantry items from the very unusual goods that you usually don’t find at the supermarket. All have been excellent and I will try new items from them
